Very bad customer service. Submitted the order on 29 Mar and paid 100 dhs extra for delivery but didn’t receive. Everytime I call the center, they tell me the order is out for delivery. I requested to cancel the order on 1 Apr 2020 and make full refund but I didn’t receive any confirmation from them regarding the cancellation.
Today I received notification by email asking me about my feedback about the product!!We apologize for the inconvenience caused as material was with the courier company and they were unable to deliver due to current conditions. We hope to serve you better for the next order.
